Complete Rice Milling Production Line
The production line integrates several important processing stages. Paddy first passes through the cleaning and stone-removing equipment to eliminate impurities and stones. It then enters the husker to remove the rice husk.
After husking, the gravity paddy separator separates unhusked paddy from brown rice. The brown rice is then sent to the rice mill for whitening and finally passes through the rice grader to separate different rice grades.
For customers requiring higher-quality finished rice, additional equipment such as a rice polisher, color sorter, and automatic packing machine can also be added to create a more complete production line.
