Type 1: Square straw strapping baler machine

This type of square straw cutting and baling machine can bale the various straw into a square shape. The square straw should work with the tractor. And the power will be transported through the PTO. As for the size of the finished baler, our machine can produce a 1100*400*300mm square baler. There are two kinds of materials used when the straw crushing pick-up baler is bundling: hemp rope and plastic net rope. The square straw shredding pick-up baler can only use hemp rope.

The square straw strapping and baler machine includes a traction beam, a picker, a screw conveyor, a feeding mechanism, a piston, a baling chamber, a baling mechanism, a bale density adjustment device, and a transmission system.

1. Firstly, the function of the picker is to pick up the grass strips laid on the ground. And then raise the feeding platform. The picker adopts a four-row spring-toothed roller structure.

2. Secondly, the function of the conveying and feeding mechanism is to collect the materials laterally and feed them into the baling chamber. The conveying and feeding mechanism includes a screw auger conveyor and a feeding fork mechanism.

3. Thirdly, the piston and the baling chamber can compress the material fed into the baling chamber. And the piston is a crank connecting rod mechanism. The binding chamber is a rectangular cavity formed by welding steel plates.

4. And, the bale density controller is to adjust the bale density. According to forage species and humidity, the operator can adjust the spring tension to obtain a moderately tight bale.

Working principle of square stalk strapping and baling machine

Straw strapping and baler machine can work with the tractor’s powder. And in the process of field operations, the spring teeth of the picker pick up the ground grass strips. And then lift them to the conveying and feeding platform.

Then the symmetrical screw conveyor behind the picker pushes the material from both sides to the feeding inlet.

The feeding fork will add the accumulated materials at the feeding inlet into the baling chamber during its working process. And under the upward action of the piston, the material is gradually compacted in the baling chamber.

When the length of the bale reaches the set length. The strapping mechanism clutch starts the operation of the strapping mechanism. And in the working process of the knotter, the two bundles of rope envelop the bale.

Then the subsequent materials will push the bundled bales gradually to the exit of the baling chamber. Then fall to the ground through the baling plate.

Type 2: Round straw picking and shredding baler

This kind of straw baler can produce round stalk bales. The machine also needs to work with a tractor, with a three-point hitch and PTO to transmit power to the round pick and baler. Regarding the material to be baled, the machine can use either net rope or hemp rope. And the finished round bale’s size is 70*100mm.
